Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, session interest, approximate UTXO count, and message
- Emails and call notes you send us while arranging a session
- Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data when our host records them
- Cookie preferences stored in your browser (see Cookies)
We do not request seed phrases or private keys. Please do not send them.
Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver planning sessions, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Invoices and accounting records follow applicable Hong Kong retention requirements. Cookie consent choices remain in localStorage until you clear them.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur when required by law.
International transfers
