Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility for planning sessions, deposits, rescheduling, and work already started.
Scope
This policy applies to paid planning sessions offered by Network Connect Digital: Cold Wallet UTXO Audit, UTXO Consolidation Planning, and Periodic Maintenance Review. The website does not sell physical goods or software licences.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel at least 48 hours before a confirmed session and no written deliverable has been issued. Partial refunds may apply when preparation has begun but the live session has not occurred.
Timeframe to request
Request a refund within 14 days of payment for unused sessions, or within 7 days of the session date if you believe deliverables were not provided as confirmed.
Full refund conditions
- Cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the start time
- No PDF plan or audit memo yet delivered
- Duplicate payment error confirmed by us
Partial refund conditions
- Cancellation inside 48 hours when preparation notes already exist: typically 50% of the session fee
- Session interrupted by our technical failure and not rescheduled: remaining unused portion refunded
Non-refundable items
- Sessions already completed with deliverables sent
- Time spent on scoping calls that were billed as agreed
- On-chain network fees you pay when executing a plan (those are never charged by us)
Process
Email contact@network-connect.digital with your invoice reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, subject to your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes may forfeit the deposit portion of prepaid fees.
Deposits and no-shows
Where a deposit was required to hold a slot, it is credited toward the session fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit. Remaining prepaid balances follow the partial-refund rules above.
Work already started
Once a draft consolidation order or audit memo is in progress, fees for completed preparation are non-refundable even if you later decline to attend the live portion.
