Acceptance
By using network-connect.digital or booking a planning session with Network Connect Digital, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Content on this site describes informational planning sessions for offline wallet UTXO consolidation and related cold-wallet maintenance reviews. Descriptions are not offers of custody, brokerage, investment advice, or guaranteed on-chain outcomes.
No key custody
You remain solely responsible for your seed phrases, devices, and broadcasting decisions. We do not accept private keys or seeds. Any material you send should be watch-only or otherwise non-custodial.
Intellectual property
Text, branding, and site design belong to Network Connect Digital unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep session descriptions current. Fees, availability, and processes may change. Binding terms for a paid engagement appear in the email confirmation and invoice for that session.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Network Connect Digital is not liable for losses arising from on-chain fees, delayed confirmations, user signing errors, malware on your devices, or reliance on general website content. Our aggregate liability for a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
